New Braunfels Texas - Apartment Pros

After working with another agency, we decided to ask Apartment Pros (Cody specifically) to help us find an apartment in San Marcos for our Texas State student. He came in over Thanksgiving holiday when the agency was closed to meet with us because we were in such a panic. Cody was extremely professional and seriously knowledgeable about apartment availability in San Marcos. We gave him specs on what we were looking for and he found a complex better than what we expected, close to campus, quiet neighborhood, dog park, pet friendly, and more. He knows how to handle the computer listings, pictures, etc. He was not pushy at all, but listened to us, and let us make up our minds.

Both of my roommates are leaving after this semester and Ive never actually had to apartment hunt for myself. Plus I still dont know much about other apartment complexes or their reputations.

So I went to Apartment Pros, right across the street from campus.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped by a group of people who know the area and genuinely want to find the best fit apartment for you. Kari listened to the specifications I was looking for (price range, location, amenities) and promptly provided me with a list of places that where on point.

A few days later, she took me to see a few of them, and I ended up signing a lease; even found a roommate.
Last week, I had no idea where and with who I was going live in the fall..now I have a place set and I cant wait to move.

Cody was incredibly helpful! Made everything so easy. He’s laid back but extremely professional which contributed to me and my roommates great experience. Apartment hunting is easy with Cody!
